Before it was swallowed up by Tesco, Scotland had its very own supermarket chain called William Low. When I worked at Faulds Advertising I got to do a lot of interesting work for the supermarket but this particular poster stands out.

Unlike today, in 1994 supermarkets very rarely took an ethical stand in their advertising.
We wanted to take the moral high ground for William Low and their policy of promoting free range over battery eggs. It sold lots of good eggs and won awards at Campaign Press and at Cannes.
