Thanks to our lovely Clients at National Museums of Scotland for invitation to the launch of the Lewis chessmen exhibition last night. Having grown up being shipped up to Lewis every available school holiday of my childhood and at the one Lewis museum there being one or two chesspieces at any given time, it was a real treat to see the whole gang of them brought together for the launch of an exhibition which will be touring.

Thoroughly recommend it as it may be one of the only times you can go see the wee fellas ;)
