What a special first birthday.

Mightysmall is one year old today. Hurrah! And what an amazing day we have ahead of us. It got off to a flyer first thing when we got a call telling us we'd won the NIKE account without a pitch. At 10 we're off to Edinburgh Zoo, they've invited us to be keepers for the morning and feed the animals ( Brian's got the lions, poor him). Sir Martin "guys call me Marty" Sorrell has insisted lunch is on him, in London! At the Ivy!! Then he's flying us back on his private jet in time for the champagne reception The first Minister is putting on for us. It's meant to be a surprise but apparently he's announcing that they've naming a hospital after us because of all our charity work (we just thought they were small fees).

As if all that wasn't enough we're rounding the evening off in New York with Senator Obama and the family. (He wants to ask our professional opinion on how a creationist polar bear hunter could ever rob him of the Presidency.)

Then it's back in time for bed and sweet dreams of another exciting year ahead.

What a birthday!!!

Happy 1st Birthday mightysmall!

How remiss of me to forget (blame that baby brain of mine).

Keep up the fantastic work. Imagine the celebrations when you're 2 ... double the fun.

Love you, wonderful people xxx
