Maybe the famous Wall and the art that was produced on it makes the Berliners more tolerant to the ubiquity of graffiti all around the city or just their seemingly more liberal attitude to everything, but walk around Berlin and you're guaranteed to be visually assaulted by something new round every corner. Which is just as well as some of the architecture in the city can be a trifle grim. Especially when the sun isn't shining. And it's all free.
